To cultivate seeds of awakening for every person in the Philippines through study of the Buddha-Dhamma and meditation practice by regularly offering retreats and providing refuge for lay and monastic Sangha.
About us
Nibbāna Forest Refuge is the first and only Theravada Buddhist meditation and retreat center in the Philippines, founded by Filipinos who aspire to support the full awakening and the liberation of all beings.
We welcome everyone. It is essential to be open and willing to learn, practice meditation, and develop a sense of community.
Our retreats are offered on a donation basis.

Practicing generosity cultivates non-attachment and is the antidote to the unwholesome factor of greed. The gift of Dhamma is the highest form of giving. By being a donor, you are giving the opportunity to yourself and our growing community to benefit from the Buddha's valuable teachings. Your contribution will help us continue to share these teachings, offer retreats, invite teachers, and cover the overhead costs of running and maintaining a meditation and retreat center.
